Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service with Transerg under the following conditions:
- Consultation Services: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Development Projects: Cancel within 48 hours of contract signing before work begins
- Ongoing Services: Provide 30 days written notice for monthly services
- Annual Contracts: Subject to specific terms outlined in the contract

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as per agreed timeline (beyond 30 days delay)
- Major quality issues that cannot be resolved within 15 days
- Cancellation of services before work commencement
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Force majeure events preventing service delivery
Refunds are subject to deduction of any work completed and third-party costs incurred.
Refund Processing Timeline
Our refund processing follows these timelines:
- Refund Request Review: 3-5 business days
- Approval Notification: Within 2 business days of review completion
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days after approval
- Credit Card: 7-14 business days after approval
- Digital Payment: 1-3 business days after approval
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Completed consultation sessions
- Delivered software or code that meets specifications
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Services used beyond the trial period
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered
- Training sessions that have been conducted
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please provide the following information:
- Order/Invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Preferred refund method
- Contact information for updates
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service completion or billing date.
